| On the 3rd of july 2009 Umoe Schat-Harding set an almost unheard of record with its FF1200 Freefall Lifeboat. Having completed a series of demanding tests, the last ones with 100% load at 42meters on the 1st of july, the Ugland "Uglen" craneship hoisted the FF1200 to the very height limit. And on a beatiful sunny day at 32 degrees (celsius) a new world record was set at Rosendal in the Hardangerfjord, Norway. We are very pleased to have beaten our own previous world record design!
